Retail & Events Lead — Grow, Coach & Drive Field Marketing

All Weather Seal of West Michigan Inc. is seeking a Retail & Events Manager to lead our growing field marketing team across multiple locations.
You will drive lead generation through retail partnerships, community events, and local marketing initiatives, while developing ~15 Marketing Representatives. In this role, you will oversee retail and event operations, ensure professional branding at booths and kiosks, and coach a high-performing team to achieve KPIs and growth opportunities.
