About the Role

We're looking for a creative storyteller who lives and breathes social media. This person will be responsible for developing compelling photo and video content that captures attention, strengthens our brand presence, and drives engagement across Instagram, TikTok, and other digital channels.
From brainstorming ideas to directing shoots and producing polished final assets, you'll own the creative process from start to finish. You'll collaborate with marketing, creative, and production teams while helping shape the visual identity of our brands through authentic, platform‑specific content.
What You’ll Do:

Develop original concepts that bring our products, brand stories, and lifestyle messaging to life across social media.
Produce engaging short‑form video and photography optimized for platforms such as Instagram and TikTok.
Plan, organize, and lead content shoots in both studio and on‑location settings, overseeing styling, lighting, talent direction, and overall creative execution.
Capture and edit high‑quality visual content with a strong understanding of pacing, music, storytelling, and platform best practices.
Guide and mentor a Social Video Editor by assigning projects, providing creative direction, reviewing work, and maintaining a consistently high level of quality.
Collaborate closely with marketing leadership, social media, creative, and production teams to prioritize projects and ensure deadlines are met.
Monitor emerging social media trends, cultural moments, and new platform features, bringing innovative ideas to future content initiatives.
Manage multiple content requests simultaneously while maintaining organized project workflows and accurate status updates within project management software.
Communicate proactively with internal teams regarding timelines, project needs, and content deliverables.
Thrive in a dynamic environment where priorities may shift quickly and flexibility is essential.
Travel approximately 25% for lifestyle shoots, campaigns, and other off‑site productions.
What We’re Looking For:

A highly creative individual with a strong portfolio showcasing successful social‑first campaigns and original content.
Extensive knowledge of Instagram, TikTok, and evolving digital content trends, with a clear understanding of what captures audience attention.
Hands‑on experience producing content from concept through final delivery, including photography, videography, lighting, audio, and post‑production.
Advanced proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud applications such as Premiere Pro, Photoshop, and Lightroom, along with mobile editing platforms like CapCut or similar software. Experience with Capture One is a bonus.
Excellent visual storytelling skills with an eye for composition, styling, color, and creative direction.
Comfortable directing talent during shoots and willing to step in front of the camera when appropriate.
Previous experience supervising or mentoring creative team members, with the ability to provide thoughtful feedback and elevate overall creative quality.
Understanding of how social media content supports broader marketing initiatives, including digital campaigns and e‑commerce.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to balance competing priorities across multiple brands and projects.
A collaborative, humble, and solution‑oriented mindset, along with excellent communication skills and a positive attitude.
Reliable, self‑motivated, and able to work independently while contributing to a team environment.
Experience & Qualifications:

Minimum of two years creating digital and social media content for a consumer brand, creative agency, media company, or as an established content creator.
A portfolio demonstrating expertise in creative development, production, photography, videography, and editing for social platforms.
Candidates located in or near the Dallas‑Fort Worth area are preferred.
This is a full‑time, in‑office position requiring attendance Monday through Friday during standard business hours.
