Who We Are
Gretchen Scott Designs is a women's apparel and lifestyle brand known for bold, colorful prints and joyful, wearable design. Our images are how customers first meet our product, and we're looking for a skilled Photoshop Editor to keep that visual standard high across all our platforms.

The Role
We're hiring a full-time, in‑house Photoshop Editor to own the retouching and image production that powers our website, catalogs, email, and social channels. You'll work on‑site alongside our creative and e‑commerce teams, turning raw studio and lifestyle photography into polished, on‑brand imagery quickly and consistently.

Responsibilities

Retouch and color‑correct product, model, and lifestyle photography to brand standards

Ensure prints, patterns, and colors are represented accurately across all images

Clean up, resize, and format images for web, e‑commerce, email, print, and social

Maintain Accurate Light Room Library of all files

Create clipping paths, masks, ghost/invisible‑mannequin edits, and background work

Batch‑process and maintain naming and file‑organization conventions

Collaborate with photographers, designers, and the e‑commerce team to hit deadlines

Maintain visual consistency across seasonal launches and ongoing catalog updates

Requirements

Proven experience as a photo retoucher or Photoshop editor (apparel/fashion e‑commerce a strong plus)

Expert‑level Adobe Photoshop skills; proficiency with Adobe Lightroom and Bridge

Strong eye for color accuracy, detail, and consistency

Ability to manage high volume and meet deadlines without sacrificing quality

Comfortable working on‑site, full‑time, as part of a collaborative in‑house team

A portfolio demonstrating retouching and product/fashion image editing

Nice to Have

Experience in Fashion editing with photography knowledge. Color management Skills A Must.

Exceptional familiarity with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and Light Room

Understanding of e‑commerce platforms and image specs

Salary
Salary range is 55k- 75k depending on experience.
