Head of Corporate Communications Operations & Strategy

UKG (Ultimate Kronos Group) is seeking a Director, Corporate Communications - Operations to build and manage the operating system for the function. You will partner with the CCO to ensure high-impact, scalable communications across a global organization.
Responsibilities include strategy development, program management for global campaigns, cross-functional alignment with Product, Marketing, HR, and GBO, and driving data-informed decision making with a formal analytics capability.
