We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail‑oriented
Program Coordinator
to support the successful planning, implementation, and administration of our programs. This role is ideal for a professional who thrives in a collaborative environment, enjoys coordinating projects, and is passionate about creating meaningful impact through operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate the planning, implementation, and day‑to‑day administration of organizational programs and initiatives.
Serve as the primary point of contact for internal teams, stakeholders, and external partners regarding program operations.
Support meetings, workshops, training sessions, seminars, and special projects by coordinating logistics and communications.
Monitor program budgets, expenditures, and financial records while assisting with funding proposals and grant‑related activities.
Develop, edit, and maintain program documentation, educational materials, training manuals, newsletters, reports, and promotional content.
Maintain accurate program records, collect and analyze data, and prepare reports to support program evaluation and decision‑making.
Provide administrative support, including preparing correspondence, reports, purchasing documentation, and other operational materials.
Coordinate the activities of staff, consultants, volunteers, interns, and other program contributors to ensure project objectives are achieved.
Assist with fundraising initiatives, grant applications, and proposal development as needed.
Support continuous process improvements and perform additional duties that contribute to the success of the organization.
Qualifications
Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross‑functional teams.
Strong problem‑solving skills with exceptional attention to detail.
Experience with nonprofit, education, healthcare, or community‑based programs is an advantage.
