High-Power Diode Laser Products Assembly And Test Position
This position is responsible for manual and machine operated assembly and test of High-Power Diode Laser Products.
Principle Duties & Responsibilities
Able to perform OCAP/troubleshooting on assigned station.
Participate in quality improvement and lean manufacturing/5s activities.
Meets expected quality standards and guidelines.
Perform and meet fully quality and output on multiple processes.
Reaches expected productivity level in assigned area.
Works in a cost-effective manner and follows TRUMPF procedures.
Prioritizes tasks according to importance /urgency.
Works in compliance with document procedures and work safety.
Systematic work approach and understand potential sources of waste.
Capacity to lead task and assignments for group and co-workers.
Develops new ideas and suggestions for improvements.
Ability to prioritize workload, eager to learn and positive work attitude.
Experience / Education
Minimum two years' experience as a manufacturing operator. Experience in semiconductor, electronic field or optics assembly would be very welcomed. Good inter-personal skills and ability to use a computer and standard software packages (MS Office) a plus. Must be able to effectively work independently and in a team environment with minimal supervision and be able to wear a smock covering the entire body while working.
Pay Range: $26.29 - $28.92.
