Uipath Developer / System Programmer 4
Position Summary
The UiPath Developer/System Programmer 4 is responsible for designing, developing, testing, deploying, maintaining, and supporting enterprise Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solutions using the UiPath platform. The position also supports emerging Agentic AI initiatives by implementing AI-powered automation, intelligent document processing, and enterprise automation standards across Tennessee state agencies.
Essential Responsibilities
Robotic Process Automation
Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain UiPath automation solutions.
Build attended, unattended, and scheduled automation bots.
Analyze business requirements and develop scalable automation workflows.
Develop enterprise-grade exception handling, logging, auditing, and monitoring.
Create reusable automation components, templates, and libraries.
Integrate automation with APIs, databases, cloud services, and document management systems.
Implement automation solutions following state security, privacy, and compliance standards.
Perform testing, debugging, troubleshooting, and production support.
Monitor automation performance and optimize reliability.
Produce technical documentation and workflow diagrams.
Support citizen service modernization initiatives through intelligent automation.
Agentic AI
Design and implement Agentic AI solutions using UiPath Autopilot, AI Center, Document Understanding, Communications Mining, and generative AI capabilities.
Develop autonomous AI agents capable of contextual reasoning and multi-step task orchestration.
Integrate Large Language Models (LLMs) into automation workflows.
Develop human-in-the-loop workflows.
Build intelligent agents capable of processing unstructured documents, emails, forms, and communications.
Implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), prompt engineering, and AI orchestration.
Apply responsible AI practices including transparency, auditability, bias mitigation, security, and compliance.
Evaluate emerging AI and automation technologies.
Assist in establishing enterprise standards and governance for Agentic AI implementations.
Minimum Requirements
Experience developing UiPath automation solutions.
Experience using UiPath Studio.
Experience using UiPath Studio Web.
Experience using UiPath Orchestrator.
Experience designing enterprise automation workflows.
Experience testing, debugging, and maintaining automation solutions.
Experience integrating automation with APIs and databases.
Experience producing technical documentation.
Experience troubleshooting production automation issues.
