Job Responsibilities
Manage a team of Automotive Sales Representatives
Handle a "start-to-finish" sales process on a significant load of high-quality leads
Maintain superior customer satisfaction
Hire, train, and cultivate sales staff
Commit to becoming an expert and gain in-depth knowledge of our vehicles and technology
Job Requirements
Automotive Sales Manager candidate must have proven experience in sales management, have strong Internet skills, and a strong desire to succeed.
Previous experience as an automotive Sales Manager is required
Exceptional leadership skills are a must
Computer and Microsoft Office expertise is needed
Must have a valid U.S. driver's license
Must be willing to submit to a drug screen
