D2C Growth & Performance Ads Specialist

The Brew Crew Coffee is seeking a hands-on D2C Performance Marketing Specialist to manage paid advertising for our growing specialty coffee brand. You’ll drive profitable purchases on our Shopify store using Google Ads and Meta Ads, combining execution with strategic thinking.
Responsibilities include launching and optimising campaigns (Search, Shopping, Performance Max, remarketing), keyword research, copy testing, managing product feeds, and tracking with GA4, GTM and Meta Pixel.
