The Digital + Social Marketing Coordinator will support production in all matters of studio projects and operational daily needs, including production management, workflow and delivery. Tracking timelines, QAing assets, and preparing internal and client-facing materials. This person supports the Accounts Team with client requests and the creative team with schedules, time management, communication, and overall asset production needs (from internal creative support through final client delivery).

Qualifications
1+ years experience in marketing, ideally at a studio or agency
Effective communicator who collaborates well across teams
Must be extremely organized, proactive, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and be detail-oriented in execution of all assigned tasks
Ability to meet deadlines and keep the line managers updated with progress
Strong writing and proofreading skills; able to support copy needs like quote pulls and script reviews
Familiar with social media platforms and comfortable monitoring online conversations
Proficient in file and asset management across tools such as Box, Trello, Airtable, and G-Suite
Flexible team player who can adapt to changing priorities and jump in where needed
Passionate about film, television, and entertainment marketing
Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment with hard deadlines
Must be team-oriented, willing to wear different hats, and have a strong work ethic
Due to the collaborative nature of this role, the right candidate will need to be based in Los Angeles or open to relocating.
Responsibilities
Provide organizational and production support to the Accounts Team on campaigns and projects
Work closely with the Account and Creative team to manage assets, achieve daily goals, and adapt to shifting priorities
Assist in management of day-to-day communication with internal and external teams
Spearhead the scheduling and calendar management of deliverables
Keep constant line of communication with the Accounts Team, letting them know when a task is done and spotting opportunities to jump in and help
Support the Strategy team with quote pulls, script coverage, proofreading decks and docs before sharing with clients & external partners
Take detailed notes during internal and external meetings, highlighting key action items
Track project status on a daily basis and send daily reminders to team to ensure deadlines are being met
Do a first pass on all the assets from creatives, paying close attention to small details and ensure feedback is being addressed
Actively support monitoring conversation across social channels for a variety of projects
Participate in brainstorms and spot opportunities for the team to leverage on social channels, flagging important tweets, posts, comments, etc.
