The Opportunity
Work with a rapidly growing residential home services company serving the Tulsa metro. Our client's business runs on repeat customers and referrals, and marketing is a core driver of their growth — not an afterthought. They're looking for a Marketing Director to own the full marketing function: strategy, execution, and results.
This is a hands-on leadership role with real ownership and a direct line to company leadership. You'll set the annual marketing plan and budget, then execute against it — running campaigns yourself, coordinating vendors and creative production, and reporting on what's working. Your work will be measured in booked calls and revenue, not vanity metrics.
What You'll Do
- Manage ServiceTitan Marketing Pro, including email and SMS drip campaigns for lead nurture, maintenance reminders, and customer reactivation
- Plan and run paid social and digital marketing campaigns; maintain the company website and Facebook Business Page
- Coordinate photo and video shoots and oversee content production for use across channels
- Lead the planning, creative development, and execution of integrated campaigns across digital, social, email, and traditional channels
- Track and report on KPIs including lead volume, cost per lead, and return on ad spend (ROAS), and adjust campaigns based on performance
- Lead the annual marketing planning and budgeting process, working with leadership to align spend with growth targets
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of marketing experience with increasing responsibility; experience in home services or another local, lead-generation-driven business is strongly preferred
- Hands-on experience running paid digital campaigns (Meta, Google) and measuring results against cost-per-lead and ROAS targets
- Working knowledge of ServiceTitan Marketing Pro or a comparable CRM-based marketing automation platform
- Experience managing creative production — briefing shoots, working with photographers/videographers, and keeping content on brand
- Strong organizational skills; you can manage multiple campaigns, vendors, and deadlines without dropping details
- Comfort owning a budget and defending marketing spend with data
Why This Role
- Ownership: You run the marketing function — no layers between you and the decision-makers
- Impact you can measure: Direct connection between your campaigns and company revenue
- Growth: The company is expanding, and this role grows with it
- Stability: Home services is a resilient, essential industry — people always need their homes working
