HIRING INFO

Required week-long training the week of August24
Season runs from midSept–Nov. For photographers who excel, there's work beyond the Fall season
2–4 shoots per week
THE JOB

Reliably and consistently arrive on location by 7AM
Set up and break down professional studio lighting and camera equipment
Create a warm, fun environment where every person feels great in front of the camera
Photograph students and staff at K–12 schools across the Greater NYC area
Follow established systems, workflows, and camera settings
Work with a coordinated team of photographers on Picture Day
Accept feedback while staying adaptable and solution-oriented
Communicate reliably via Slack
WHO YOU ARE

Experienced with studio lighting and professional camera systems
A natural with kids and adults — warm, outgoing, genuinely fun to be around
Physically ready for a full day on your feet: lifting up to 40lbs, bending, kneeling, moving
Punctual, proactive, dependable, friendly and calm under pressure
Comfortable in fast-paced, sometimes unpredictable environments
