Stitch Fix is seeking a CRM Marketing Manager to own and optimize personalized lifecycle programs across channels. You will partner with Creative, Data Science, Product and Engineering to reduce churn and elevate the customer experience across Email, Push, SMS, and packaging touchpoints.
You’ll lead end-to-end workflows, leverage AI tools to accelerate copywriting and testing, and mentor junior teammates while aligning with stylists and customer service for a cohesive brand experience.
