Group Director, KOL Strategy & Engagement

Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine seeks a Group Product Director, KOL Strategic Engagement and Development, CAPLYTA®. Located in Titusville, NJ, this role leads the overarching KOL strategy across all CAPLYTA indications and manages a three-person product team.
You will partner with Medical Affairs, Sales Leadership, Market Access, and Global Commercial teams to shape content, congress activity, and peer-to-peer programs, driving brand leadership and patient impact.
