Description

Veriforce is the fastest-growing SaaS-technology and services company in the global supply chain risk management market. We help industry-leading companies create and maintain operating cultures and work environments that optimize safety, promote sustainability, and foster collaboration across a broad spectrum of internal and external stakeholders. What separates Veriforce from the rest is our people. We hire highly intelligent, growth-minded individuals that team well and continuously look for new, better ways of solving business challenges. The Senior Product Manager, Intelligent Workflows is a senior, delivery-focused product manager on the Intelligent Platform & AI team, leading the projects that bring AI capabilities into Veriforce's contractor onboarding, credentialing, and operator compliance experiences. Working within the team's AI strategy, this role owns the workflow experiences where AI translates into faster qualification of safe contractors, earlier identification of risk, and better safety decisions for customers. This role works directly with customers and internal cross-functional stakeholders to make the platform smarter, faster, and more valuable across all user types and geographies.
What that means day-to-day:

Intelligent Workflow Delivery

Own the delivery of AI-enabled workflow experiences across contractor onboarding, credentialing, and operator compliance
Translate the team's AI product strategy into scoped, sequenced workflow projects with clear milestones and outcomes
Partner with internal cross-functional stakeholders to ship production-grade experiences that are explainable, reliable, and measurably better than the flows they replace
Define and own outcome metrics for each project: cycle time, error reduction, automation rate, adoption, and safety impact

Contractor Onboarding & Credentialing

Lead the delivery of intelligent onboarding experiences including smart document review, credential validation, qualification gap identification, and guided remediation
Reduce time-to-qualify so safe contractors reach the field faster and operators carry less manual review effort
Support global scale, multi-region compliance requirements, and diverse contractor types

Operator Risk & Compliance Management

Lead workflow projects for operator-side risk visibility, contractor oversight, and audit readiness
Bring ML-driven risk scoring, anomaly detection, and proactive alerts into operator workflows to shift users from reactive to proactive risk management
Turn compliance and credential data into clear, trusted insights that drive better safety decisions

Cross-Functional Project Leadership

Apply the AI product frameworks, best practices, and guardrails established by the Principal PM for AI Products
Surface in-market signal, customer feedback, and project learnings that strengthen the AI product roadmap
Partner with the Platform Data PM on the data inputs and quality requirements that make AI-enabled experiences possible
Lead change management and adoption, working directly with customers and across internal cross-functional stakeholders

Key Outcomes (First 12 to 18 Months)

Delivered 2 to 3 AI-enabled workflow improvements in contractor onboarding or operator compliance, with measurable reductions in cycle time, manual effort, or risk exposure
Demonstrated customer outcome gains: faster contractor qualification, higher credential accuracy, and improved compliance administrator efficiency
A clear project roadmap that translates the AI product strategy into delivered workflow value
Effective delivery partnership with the Principal PM for AI Products, with in-market signal flowing back to inform the AI roadmap

What you’ll need to be successful:

7 to 9 years of product management experience in B2B SaaS, with proven delivery of complex customer-facing experiences that incorporate AI, ML, or automation capabilities
Strong project leadership and delivery skills, with the ability to translate strategy into shipped outcomes
Strong systems thinking and the ability to map complex multi-party processes and identify where intelligence adds the most value
Experience in regulated, compliance, credentialing, or supply chain domains strongly preferred
Comfort operating in a matrixed product environment, executing against team strategy while applying the operational guidance of a principal-level AI subject matter expert
Deep customer empathy and discovery skills, with a working understanding of contractor, operator, and compliance administrator needs
Experience in PE-backed or scale-stage SaaS environments preferred
