PINK Store Leader: Brand Experience & Coaching

Victoria's Secret is seeking a PINK Manager who leads with values-based leadership to deliver exceptional customer and associate experiences and grow brand top-line sales. In higher complexity stores, this role provides direction, prioritization, and coaching to Brand Supervisors.
This position reports to the Store Manager and works with the leadership team to maintain visual standards, product storytelling, and talent development, directing both hiring decisions and day-to-day operations.
