Job Summary: This role is responsible for the end-to-end technical setup and operation of AV equipment for various corporate events. You will also be tasked with daily AV system checks and providing technical support for workplace hardware. A key part of the job involves collaborating with internal teams and ensuring all audio-visual needs are met for both daily operations and high-profile events.
Key Responsibilities:
Set up, test, and operate all AV equipment for meetings and events.
Manage control booth technology for dedicated event spaces.
Meet with event hosts to confirm technical needs and conduct rehearsals.
Perform regular checks on conference room AV systems for functionality.
Respond to and resolve escalated IT/AV tickets.
Must-Have Skills:
2-4 years of corporate event/AV production experience.
Strong technical knowledge of corporate AV systems.
Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot complex AV issues.
