CRM Campaigns Specialist – Retention & Loyalty

Golden Palace Group is seeking a CRM Officer to plan, develop and implement CRM activities for a major brand in Brussels. You will use email, SMS and other channels to drive customers back into controlled channels, leveraging data to improve strategy and processes.
Responsibilities include planning retention activity, optimizing product-led campaigns and delivering weekly retention reports, while coordinating with Customer Services and other stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
