Remote Affiliate Growth & Brand Partnerships Manager

SimplySoles Inc. is seeking a strategic Manager of Affiliate Sales & Marketing to lead affiliate partnerships, influencer programs, and brand activations that drive customer acquisition and sales.
This is a primarily remote role with travel to trade shows and industry events. You will manage programs on TikTok, Impact, and ShopMy; recruit and optimize partners; track ROAS, CAC and ROI; and partner with sales to maximize event impact.
