Head of Accounts: Property Management Lead

The Construction Index Ltd is seeking a Head of Accounts in West Hampstead to lead and grow the accounts function within a respected estate agency. You will manage day-to-day finance operations, oversee multiple service charge portfolios, and work closely with Directors to implement robust processes.
You will oversee month-end close, ensure lease and regulatory compliance, and mentor the accounting team while maintaining accurate records for all developments.
