Supports product development team and serves as an interface with the cross functional team. Enters, compiles, and analyzes costs for all styles and highlights discrepancies.
Supports sampling processes and protocols by tracking concept samples and working with mills and vendors to ensure on time delivery of samples.
Manages time and action calendars to ensure calendar deadlines are met, supporting related processes/systems as appropriate.
Daily communication with overseas sourcing team.
Builds strong cross-functional partnerships with Design, Merchandising, and planning.
Required Skills and Experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook is essential.
Familiarity with product development systems (Centric PLM, Trade Stone, Bamboo Rose, costing tool) is helpful but not required.
Time management, communication, and ability to seek help when needed are key skills.
Two to three years of experience in a corporate environment is preferred.
