Service Project Orchestrator

Upchurch is seeking a Project Coordinator to provide administrative, scheduling, documentation, and communication support to Project Managers. This role ensures service projects run efficiently, accurately, and profitably by handling coordination and follow-through from turnover to closeout.
The candidate will assist with kickoff, setup, schedules, records, and billing, while maintaining strong communication with customers and internal teams.
