Head of Member Experience & Engagement

Oak View Group in Waco, TX is seeking a Director of Member Experience to lead club programming, engagement, and communications across the member journey. This role oversees a small team and partners with operations, sales, food & beverage, and marketing to deliver outstanding member experiences and retention.
You will supervise onboarding, design member experiences, and use data to continuously improve engagement and satisfaction for a diverse membership base.
