Contract Recruiter: Scale High-Volume Video Contractors

Workstream is seeking a driven Recruiter to scale our Video Contributor contractor program from Menlo Park. This contract role focuses on high-volume, in-office recruitment with a hands-on sourcing mindset and a bias for building scalable processes.
You will partner with Recruiting, Operations, PMs, and People Ops, sourcing through Indeed, LinkedIn, and other channels; manage pipelines end-to-end; and help shape repeatable hiring systems. Onsite 4–5 days/week; 3 months with extension potential.
