Job Summary

This role is responsible for transforming complex sales methodologies into highly engaging, cinematic learning experiences that feel more like digital cinema than traditional training. The designer will lead the visual and storytelling aspects of sales enablement content, creating a unique brand identity and leveraging cutting-edge techniques. The goal is to captivate the sales audience and drive elite performance through innovative multimedia.
Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end production of cinematic videos and podcasts.
Design and animate 2D/3D graphics to simplify complex ideas.
Develop a cohesive visual brand for all sales enablement programs.
Create interactive learning assets using Articulate 360.
Champion technical and creative innovation, exploring new tools and trends.
Must-Have Skills

Advanced proficiency in Articulate 360 and video editing software.
Strong portfolio showcasing multimedia design, video, animation, and storytelling.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Industry Experience

Experience in design technology, with a focus on innovation within complex domains, is required.
