Job Title: Marketing Coordinator
Department: Marketing
Reports to: Marketing Manager
About the Role The Marketing Coordinator is responsible for planning, coordinating, and hosting exceptional customer experiences while supporting the successful execution of the organization's marketing initiatives.
This role owns all aspects of customer visits, facility tours, and training events from initial planning through post-visit follow-up, serving as the primary host and liaison to ensure every visitor has a professional, engaging, and memorable experience. In addition, the Marketing Coordinator supports marketing initiatives through content creation, social media, campaign execution, reporting, and other departmental activities.
Responsibilities Lead the planning, coordination, and hosting of customer visits, facility tours, training events, and other on-site customer experiences, serving as the primary host and liaison from initial planning through post-visit follow-up.
Coordinate logistics and provide administrative support for trade shows, career fairs, customer events, and other marketing initiatives.
Support the execution of marketing initiatives through content creation, social media, campaign execution, reporting, and other departmental activities.
Provide administrative, organizational, and project support that helps the marketing team execute initiatives efficiently and consistently.
Support the development and organization of marketing assets, customer feedback, photography, testimonials, and other content that strengthens marketing communications and future initiatives.
Experience Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Hospitality or a related field preferred.
Equivalent combination of education and experience considered.
1-3 years of professional marketing experience with event planning or event coordination responsibilities preferred.
Experience creating content, supporting marketing campaigns, and managing multiple priorities preferred.
Experience representing an organization in customer-facing meetings, events, or business interactions preferred.
Technical Skills Microsoft Office Suite
CRM systems
Project management and collaboration tools (e.g., Monday.com, Asana)
Email marketing platforms (e.g., Constant Contact or similar)
Survey and reporting tools Professional Skills Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills with the ability to serve as a professional representative of the organization during customer visits and events.

Positive, collaborative team player who is also capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
Demonstrates professionalism, integrity, and sound judgment.
Additional Requirements Occasional travel, primarily within the region, is required.
Occasional work outside of normal business hours is required to support customer visits, events, and other marketing initiatives.
Valid driver's license required.
