About the Role
ORF Home Inspections is looking for an outgoing, relationship-driven Marketing Representative to join our team. In this role, you'll be the face of our company out in the field — building and nurturing relationships with real estate agents and offices to generate referral business and grow our brand presence in the local real estate community.

This is a great fit for someone who enjoys being out and about, is a natural relationship-builder, and thrives on turning connections into long-term partnerships.

This role is based out of our O'Fallon, MO office, with regular travel to real estate offices throughout the greater St. Louis metro area.

What You'll Do

Visit real estate offices and agents throughout the greater St. Louis metro area to introduce and promote ORF Home Inspections' services

Build and maintain strong, ongoing referral relationships with real estate agents and brokers

Represent the ORF Home Inspections brand professionally at every visit and interaction

Track outreach efforts and referral relationships to identify growth opportunities

Attend local real estate events, open houses, and networking functions as needed

Collaborate with the team to develop marketing materials and strategies that support agent outreach

Provide regular updates on outreach activity and results

What We're Looking For

Friendly, professional, and confident communicator

Comfortable with regular local travel and in-person networking

Self-motivated with strong follow-through and relationship management skills

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Prior experience in sales, marketing, or the real estate/home inspection industry is a plus, but not required

Compensation & Benefits

Pay:

$35,000–$40,000/year

Company gas card provided

— mileage and gas expenses covered while networking and traveling for the role
