Your day-to-day as a Production Supervisor:

Supervise and coordinate daily production team activities to ensure efficient operations and timely delivery.

Lead, motivate, and train team members to achieve productivity and quality goals.

Monitor production schedules, conduct quality checks, and troubleshoot issues to maintain standards.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement and optimize resource allocation.

Your skills and experience:

Minimum 5 years of production leadership experience in a manufacturing environment.

Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, safety regulations, and quality control standards.

Excellent leadership, communication, and team development abilities.

Proficiency in problem-solving, process improvement, and production management software.
