Media Strategy Lead — Growth, Data-Driven Paid Media

Dashing Diva is seeking a Media Manager to lead our media program and channel strategy, partnering with our agency and Ecommerce and Marketing leads. You will own the media plan, set testing roadmaps, and stay hands-on in TikTok, Pinterest, Snapchat, and Reddit to drive growth.
This role requires analytical rigor, experience managing $300K+ in monthly spend, and a track record of turning data into action. You'll collaborate across Ecommerce, Creative, Data, and Product to optimize performance
