Senior Talent & People Partner, Corporate

Brightline Trains seeks a Manager, Talent & People & Culture Business Partner (Corporate) in Florida to lead enterprise talent programs and serve as the primary P&C partner for Corporate functions (90–100 teammates).
You will own performance management, engagement surveys, succession planning, and leadership development while advising leaders on workforce planning, organizational design, and change initiatives. This role requires a people-focused leader with strong coaching and analytics skills.
