Lead 3D CAD Designer Plant Layout & Conveyors

Job Description:
This position would be the lead responsible for maintaining the plant layout and carrier designs in D.
Familiarity with Client assembly project standards are required.
This person should be a self-starter and be capable of making accurate field observations, measurements and converting information supplied from other vendors into the overall composite plant layout.

Responsibilities to include but not be limited to: Maintain integration of supplier provided D drawings and integrate into a plant layout using scanned point cloud data to identify interferences and safety clearance concerns
Oversee timely and organized submission of all D CAD drawings on the ACC provided to Client by suppliers
Design in d carriers and conveyor equipment as required for program review
This individual will report to the Client Project Manager

Requirements: Minimum () years of D CAD design in automotive manufacturing applications
Must have an in-depth understanding of all conveyor and automotive product carrier design
Must demonstrate experience with utilizing D point cloud environments in a design workflow.
