Position: Field Marketing Manager (Canvassing)
Main Office Location: Pompano Beach, Florida
Sales office Locations: Ft Lauderdale & Hollywood & Ft Myers

What You'll Be Responsible For

Recruit, interview, hire, train, and develop a team of canvassers
Lead, motivate, and coach your team to achieve daily and weekly performance goals
Plan neighborhood territories and optimize daily field schedules
Develop effective canvassing strategies that increase lead generation
Conduct regular team meetings, ride-alongs, and performance coaching
Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to ensure a consistent flow of qualified appointments
What We're Looking For

Proven experience as a Canvassing Manager, Canvassing Supervisor, or Canvassing Team Leader in the home improvement industry
Strong leadership, recruiting, and coaching abilities
Experience managing field performance and accountability
Ability to build a positive, results-driven team culture
