Convert business goals into clear work plans, briefs, milestones, and KPIs.
Orchestrate integrated workflows across strategy, creative, media, CRM, and web.

Maintain dashboards, documentation, and reporting as the single source of truth.
Creative Resourcing & Workflow Management
Build and manage staffing plans for creative work, resourcing and scheduling across internal creative staff and freelance vendors, matching skill sets and availability to program needs.
Serve as a true partner to the creative team, deeply understanding creative workflow (from concept through production) so timelines, priorities, and handoffs stay clear.
Manage day-to-day workflows and deliverables with dedicated creative teams and vendors.
Maintain accurate, up-to-date resourcing, task, and deliverable status in Workfront.
Flag capacity conflicts and bottlenecks early, and adjust staffing plans to keep creative work on schedule.
Support budgets, SOWs, forecasts, and margin performance at the program level.
Drive predictable burn and flag deviations early for correction.
Coordinate with Finance, Resource Management, and Account Leads to optimize staffing.
Improve workflows, templates, and processes to reduce cycle time and operational drag.
Build strong, direct relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Support PMs/producers and contribute to delivery discipline across teams.
Surface risks early, resolve blockers, and identify expansion opportunities.
Model a high-accountability operating rhythm across all workstreams.
What Success Looks Like:
Creative and cross-functional teams operate with clear priorities, sustainable capacity, and efficient handoffs.
Workflows show reduced rework, faster cycle times, and controlled delivery costs.
Revenue expands through disciplined scope management and proactive program growth.
What We're Looking For:
5–8 years of program/project management experience, with agency experience required, specifically supporting B2B clients within an agency setting.
(Must have this experience to be considered.)
Proven experience building and managing creative staffing plans, resourcing across internal creative teams and freelance vendors based on skill set and availability.
Strong understanding of creative workflow, with a track record of being a trusted, embedded partner to creative teams rather than a hands-off tracker of deadlines.
Demonstrated ability to run integrated marketing programs end-to-end.
Solid financial management capability (budgets, forecasts, profitability).
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
Experience coordinating with external vendors and cross-agency partners.
Proficiency in modern PM platforms, ideally Workfront, for resourcing and deliverable tracking.
Ability to turn ambiguous objectives into clear, executable plans.
