Leasing Manager: Drive Occupancy & Revenue Growth

Greystar is seeking an experienced leasing and marketing leader to drive revenue and occupancy for a multi‑family community in Seattle. You will direct on‑site sales activities, manage ready inventory, set pricing and concessions, and monitor leasing performance daily.
You will develop and execute short‑ and long‑term marketing plans, balance advertising strategies, and use Yardi/One Site to report results. Collaboration with maintenance and leadership teams is essential.
