The Mission: Executive Producer
You will be representing LEFT, selling projects and supervising line producers. In that regard, you will:
- Develop relationships with brands and agencies: we are looking for someone that already has a great network within brands and agencies. You will nurture those relationships and create new ones.
- Creative proposals: you will develop and sell ideas with our directors and teams.
- Supervise video production projects: you will be the key contact on the projects you sell. You will be in direct contact with the line producers managing your project.
- Strategic vision: we are constantly rethinking our model and we will ask you to help us in building our strategy.
We have a very transparent culture, and our goal will be to leverage your experience and provide you with support and ideas to create great videos together.
You are:
- You are passionate, this is our main criteria.
- You have at least 5 years experience in the industry as a producer or TVproducer.
- You have a strong network within advertisers and agencies.
- You have excellent interpersonal skills. You love to talk to people, understand their needs and provide them with a great solution.
- You are a team player.
- You like challenges and you want to grow.
