Location: Gloucester County Institute of Technology (GCIT)

Salary: $2,500.00

Responsibilities

Administrative end to all productions; hires staff as needed, creates payroll schedule, and delivers all vouchers for payment.

Handles all purchasing of equipment and materials for the department, spaces, and shows.

Gathers quotes, submits paperwork, and follows up with vendors.

Manages all paperwork needed for purchasing and related duties.

Ensures viability of the spaces for productions and coordinates repairs and fixes.

Works with the production team to ensure all disciplines are in place and supports members to get what they need.

Collaborates on space availability regarding educational and district-wide uses.

Acts as liaison between production team and administration to solve problems and deliver information.

Is the point person for each production that falls outside the purview of the director and creative team.

Attends all meetings for each production and with administration as applicable.

Facilitates all non-creative aspects of the production.

Acts as the backstop for any and all production related needs when no one else is available.

Facilitates any discipline needed for production team members if required.

Handles any disagreements between production team members.

Certificated Staff.
