Your Missions In Brief

Under the responsibility of the head of the Europe service, the Europe awareness coordinator will have the mission to coordinate the awareness activities within the Toulouse academic community (awareness, event organization, information in laboratories) and the orientation of the teaching researchers and researchers of the site towards the relevant European project calls. They will animate the Europe correspondent network of the Toulouse site and set up a new European correspondent network. They will also participate in the support for the montage of European projects with the teaching researchers and researchers. Your missions will be:
European Project Calls Watch and Dissemination
• Ensure the watch of European funding opportunities.
• Feed the Europe service website with information from the watch of European project calls, news, and organized events on the site.
• Prepare the dissemination tools, notably the newsletter (publication every 6 weeks).
• Identify transdisciplinary or particularly interesting project calls in relation to the strengths of the Toulouse site.
• Perform on request a personalized watch for researchers and teaching researchers to identify project calls responding to their project needs.
Awareness on European Programs
• Organize information and awareness events at the site level such as Infodays or advisory workshops. Awareness events for researchers and teaching researchers can also be organized.
• Intervene during events to present European programs, European project calls, or community news.
• Sensitize research teams at the laboratory level through working meetings on European project calls targeted according to their themes and expertise.
• Animation of the RECET network, Network of Toulouse Europe Coordinators (around 120 people)
• Organize the regular meetings of the network: preparation of the agenda, animation of the meeting, minutes of the meeting.
• Accompany the members of the RECET network in their European endeavors: watch work, intervention in events, making connections, etc.
• Inform the members of the RECET network of European news.
Montage of European Research Projects
• Accompany project leaders on the montage of European research projects, including Horizon Europe and ERASMUS.
Others
• Support the head of the service on transversal dossiers.
• Participate in the team's life.
Profile Sought

Minimum education level of Bac +3, a doctorate level would be appreciated and/or experience in research.
Technical skills and knowledge:
In-depth knowledge of the functioning of the European Commission, European policies, and European funding; Knowledge of the university environment and research and training processes; Significant knowledge of the Horizon Europe and Erasmus+ program.
Transversal skills:
Perfect mastery of written, read, and spoken English; Writing skills; Good synthesis and analysis abilities; Good relationship skills; Ability to work in a team.
As of January 1, 2028, in the context of the integration of the missions, activities, and personnel of the COMUE into the University of Toulouse (UT), the proposed position will be exercised within the UT.
