Responsibilities Develop deep expertise in assigned channels and serve as the annuity product expert for Marketing, providing insights, guidance, and expertise that inform campaign strategies, positioning, and communications to ensure materials align with business needs.
Drive go‑to‑market strategy and execution of product launches and omnichannel marketing campaigns—including email, social, and web—to build awareness and adoption of annuity products.
Collaborate with cross‑functional Marketing partners—including Creative Services, Marketing Operations, Digital Execution, and Campaign Management—to ensure campaigns, messaging, and initiatives align with business priorities.
Partner with internal stakeholders to execute campaigns and promotional opportunities, identify ways to educate internal teams and support their marketing efforts.
Represent Marketing in strategic cross‑functional meetings such as PMO, receiving updates on product or timing changes, advising on marketing impacts, and communicating key information back to the Marketing team for alignment.
Ensure annuity product materials are timely, compliant, and effectively distributed across relevant channels.
Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and field feedback to translate insights into actionable marketing strategies and product positioning that maintain a competitive advantage.
Examine performance of campaigns and initiatives, using data and feedback to refine strategies and optimize impact.
Proactively communicate with all internal and external stakeholders and teammates to ensure alignment, clarity, and transparency throughout projects and initiatives.
Inform dynamic digital tools and sales collateral that help financial professionals and clients understand complex retirement income strategies.
Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications 5+ years of experience in product marketing within financial services; experience with an annuity or asset management firm preferred. Financial services sales experience is valued.
Excellent communication skills across all levels of the organization, tailoring messages to effectively engage executives, peers, cross‑functional partners, and team members.
Experience developing marketing deliverables such as pitch decks, creative briefs, and email journey maps to support campaign strategy and execution.
Experience developing integrated marketing plans that build awareness, drive engagement, and generate leads.
Strong communication, time‑management, and attention to detail while handling multiple projects with overlapping deadlines.
Collaboration across teams and demonstration of leadership to build strong working relationships.
Adapt quickly to changing priorities and shifting timelines.
