Applicants for the Vice President, Fundraising position at the company should have a minimum of 10 years' experience in progressive fundraising and development leadership, with a focus on setting and achieving ambitious revenue goals. The role requires a strategic, data-driven, and business-minded individual with a strong command of pipeline management, forecasting, and performance metrics. The ideal candidate will have a successful track record in cultivating high-value relationships with a range of funders and be adept at translating organizational strategy into revenue plans. Experience in or meaningful relationships with funding communities outside traditional K-12 education is a plus. The role demands an exceptional communicator, a skilled people leader, and a commitment to the company's vision and values. A Bachelor's degree is required, with an advanced degree preferred.
