Associate Brand Manager

We are seeking an Associate Brand Manager to join our Marketing team in St. Louis Park, MN. This role partners closely with Brand Managers, Sales, and cross‑functional teams to drive business growth through data‑driven insights, shopper marketing, commercial execution, and brand activation initiatives across a portfolio of dairy and beverage brands. Join us and help shape the growth of trusted brands through strategic marketing, innovation, and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities

Analyze syndicated, consumer, and shopper data to develop business reviews and growth recommendations.

Monitor brand performance and provide insights to optimize marketing initiatives.

Lead shopper marketing programs, customer activations, events, and trade shows.

Collaborate with Sales to identify growth opportunities and support key retail partnerships.

Coordinate cross‑functional execution of new product launches, commercialization efforts, and point‑of‑sale materials.

Serve as a liaison between Sales and Marketing to ensure alignment and timely execution of business priorities.

Support licensed brand partnerships and maintain relationships with agencies, vendors, and internal stakeholders.

Manage brand standards, messaging, and visual identity across marketing initiatives.

Partner with forecasting, inventory, and production teams to support product availability and minimize obsolescence.

Ensure all branding activities comply with applicable legal and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

2-5 years of experience in brand marketing, trade marketing, category management, sales, or a related field.

Experience working with syndicated data sources such as Nielsen or Circana .

Strong analytical, project management, and cross‑functional collaboration skills.

Relevant certifications or licenses may be required during employment.
