viral launch videos for Tech and AI companies

is expanding its motion team. The studio produces high-impact, cinematic content that drives millions of views across platforms like X (Twitter), LinkedIn, and YouTube. Their work blends premium motion design, storytelling, and cutting-edge AI tools to deliver fast, high-performing creative for category-defining brands.
They are seeking a

Senior Motion Designer

who can produce

complex, smooth, multi-layer animations

and leverage

AI + code

to accelerate workflows and build internal creative tools

About the Role:

The Senior Motion Designer will create

high-end, cinematic animations

for tech and AI product launches, SaaS explainers, and social media campaigns. You will collaborate closely with creative directors, editors, and designers to bring concepts to life through motion.

This is

not

a basic motion graphics role. This is

premium, multi-layer, high-FPS animation

- the level seen in the examples provided.

Additionally, you will use

AI tools + Python/JavaScript

to build internal automations, creative utilities, and workflow enhancements.

Responsibilities:
Create

high-end, cinematic animations

for tech product launches & SaaS explainers
Animate UI, components, icons, and digital interfaces
Build

complex, multi-layer motion

with clean easing & transitions
Work end-to-end: storyboard → animation → final delivery
Use

Python or JavaScript (Node.js)

to build internal creative tools
Integrate

LLM APIs

(OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini)
Build automations for Slack, Google Workspace, Notion, Frame.io
Deploy lightweight apps using

AWS, GCP, or Vercel
Ship MVPs quickly and iterate fast
Non-negotiables:

Motion

Proven experience creating

premium animation videos
Strong fundamentals: timing, easing, spacing, transitions
Experience with

SaaS explainer videos
Ability to animate UI & digital product elements
Expert in

After Effects
AI + Coding
Strong proficiency in

Python and/or JavaScript (Node.js)
Experience with

LLM APIs
Ability to build integrations (Slack, Google Workspace, Notion, Frame.io)
Experience deploying apps (AWS, GCP, Vercel)
Nice-to-Have

Agency experience
Experience creating SaaS explainer videos end-to-end
Experience with tech or AI brands
Familiarity with viral social content
Experience with storyboarding
