Norstella is seeking an Account Director for CRO Partnerships to grow and maintain a remote US client base in the CRO space. You will act as trusted advisor to key leaders, aligning Citeline/Norstella solutions with client business priorities and driving renewal and expansion opportunities.
You will collaborate with internal teams to craft strategic account plans, manage the full sales cycle, and use SFDC to keep pipelines accurate and forecasts current. A strong pharma background is preferred.
