Premium Fashion Store Manager - Growth and Community Lead

OBM Consultancy seeks a Store Manager for a Boston flagship, reporting to the District Manager. You will own day-to-day store operations, maximize sales, manage stock and visuals, and uphold the brand's premium aesthetic both on the shop floor and back of house.
You will lead a small team, drive KPI targets, partner with marketing to build local awareness, and deliver exceptional service to a loyal local and online customer base.
