XMONDO Hair is seeking a highly strategic VP of Marketing to lead and scale our marketing organization. This role will oversee paid media, influencer marketing, partnerships, social media, email/SMS, product launches, and growth initiatives to drive revenue and brand strength.
You will act as the primary marketing leader, partner with the CEO, build systems, mentor a high-performing team, and translate data into action to unlock sustainable growth across channels.
