Synchrony is seeking a Loyalty Marketing Lead to drive the CARE CREDIT loyalty evolution on ENGAGE, Synchrony’s loyalty platform. You will migrate CARE CREDIT onto ENGAGE, shape value propositions for DC & PLCC, and apply loyalty best practices across communications and program management.
You will collaborate across Marketing, IT, Governance and client teams, manage multiple initiatives, present to senior leadership, and stay ahead of market trends in customer engagement and rewards.
