As they continue to grow their project pipeline, they’re looking for a Marketing Coordinator to support proposal production and help tell the story of the work they do. This is a great opportunity for a detail-oriented marketing professional with proposal experience in the architecture, engineering, or construction space who wants to be part of a close-knit, in-office team.

What You’ll Do

Lead proposal production from start to finish, including content development, proofreading, and editing

Coordinate proposal submissions and required forms, ensuring accuracy and on-time delivery

Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and maintain competitive intelligence

Maintain the company’s project and opportunity tracker, keeping new and active pursuits current

Develop and execute marketing, branding, and advertising strategies alongside leadership

Build and maintain relationships with internal teams to support pursuit and proposal efforts

Track results of marketing initiatives and report on outcomes

Stay current on industry trends and the competitive landscape

What You’ll Bring

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field

5+ years of marketing experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience

Proposal experience within the architecture, engineering, or construction (AEC) industry required

Strong technical, analytical, and communication skills

Experience developing content programs and executing digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels

Understanding of SEO, web analytics, and content strategies that drive engagement

Impeccable attention to detail with strong organizational and writing skills

Proficiency in Adobe InDesign required; familiarity with Procore, Microsoft Office, and the broader Adobe Suite preferred
