Job Overview Senior Product Marketing Manager, Professional Learning responsible for defining, driving, and operationalizing Lexia’s market strategy for professional learning solutions. Work independently, influencing portfolio performance, product direction, and credibility with district leaders and educators.
Responsibilities Own end‑to‑end go‑to‑market strategy for professional learning, serving as Lexia’s internal authority on market opportunity, buyer needs, and competitive differentiation.
Lead advanced market and buyer research, synthesizing data into strategic guidance for senior stakeholders.
Partner with Product and Research leadership to ensure solutions align with instructional science, district realities, and evolving expectations.
Define and disseminate differentiated positioning and messaging across decision‑makers, influencers, and practitioners.
Design and orchestrate product launches, including commercialization strategy and cross‑functional execution.
Establish sales enablement frameworks, playbooks, solution narratives, competitive positioning, and messaging systems that scale consistency and effectiveness across teams.
Provide ongoing competitive, market, and customer intelligence to inform campaigns, portfolio decisions, and executive planning discussions.
Track, analyze, and report performance metrics tied to adoption, pipeline influence, retention, and portfolio health, and translate insights into recommendations.
Lead enablement sessions and executive briefings, adapting communication style and depth to diverse audiences.
Identify systemic opportunities for improvement across the product and marketing lifecycle and proactively drive solutions.
Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in marketing, education, business, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
7–10+ years of progressive experience in product marketing, go‑to‑market strategy, or related disciplines with senior‑level scope and impact.
Deep experience in education, professional learning, SaaS, or mission‑driven environments (preferred).
Proven ability to influence strategy and decision‑making through market insight, critical analysis, and executive‑ready communication.
Advanced expertise in positioning and messaging development for complex solutions sold to multi‑stakeholder buying groups.
Demonstrated success partnering with Sales, Customer Success, and Product in coalition‑building environments.
Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with ability to project confidence, credibility, and executive presence.
Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and project management skills; comfortable operating autonomously on complex initiatives.
Pragmatic Marketing Certification or equivalent certification preferred but not required.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Microsoft Teams, and familiarity with tools supporting sales enablement, marketing operations, and cross‑functional execution.
Location & Work Environment US remote – must work and reside within the United States. Requires reliable high‑speed internet (minimum 10Mbps download, 5Mbps upload). Remote work includes video‑based interviews and virtual meetings with camera on.
