Customer Experience Market Analysis Analyst - (260000GI)DescriptionJOB PURPOSEThe Customer Experience and Market Analysis Analyst I supports Lean SixSigma process improvements by sourcing and cleaning data; maintainingdatabases; and developing visualizations. The role involves data collection,manipulation, and modeling to analyze operational performance and generateactionable insights. This position collaborates across all levels of the CustomerExperience and Energy Services teams to improve data-driven program designand enhance technologies that simplify both employee and customerexperiences. ESSENTIAL DUTIES: Assist with collection, cleansing, extractingand manipulating qualitative data. Utilize configurable tools to identify trends,patterns, and insights to support the creation of metrics, KPIS, reports,dashboard and presentations to inform business decisions. Source, verify andprovision data from non-standard sources. Regularly update datasets, maintainexisting dashboards; incorporating new data sources and ensuring continuousrelevance. Develop reports to convey complex data. Provide regular reportingand analysis findings. Organize, track, and oversee qualitative data anddatabases. Perform routine quality checks on existing database asset to ensureintegrity and support issue troubleshooting and remediation. Develop and deployadvanced methods to analyze operational data insights for stakeholders andbusiness development partners. Design, develop and implement databases, datacollection systems, data analytics that optimize statistical efficiency and quality.Utilize data collection, analysis and visualizations to support processimprovement, contract management and project management executionactivities. Take notes in analysis meetings, schedule meetings and create dataanalysis process documentation. Present findings to technical and non-technicalaudiences. Gather, analyze and translate business requirements into analyticalrequirements to support project work executed by a cross-functional team ofdata analysts, project analysts/coordinators, engineers, IT professionals and endusers. Adhere to established data management and governance standards andpolicies to maintain data integrity and security. Provide training sessions andsupport. Stay updated with industry trends and best practices. Perform otherduties as assigned.QualificationsLICENSES AND CERTIFICATIONSA valid driver's license from state of residence is required.EDUCATION bachelor's degree in business administration, Engineering or related field is required.EXPERIENCE Zero (0) to two (2) years of professional-level experience in DataAnalytics, Data Science, Market Research or related role is required. Must demonstrate basicproficiency with computer applications such as Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and SharePoint andPower BI or similar data visualization tooIs. Must demonstrate basic knowledge of and proficiencywith quantitative data collection and data visualizations.ADDITIONAL INFORMATION Must successfully complete NIMS training within 1 year of entering job.WORK ENVIRONMENT: Works primarily in office.PHYSICAL DEMANDS: Requires sedentary work involvingstanding or walking for brief periods, exerting up to 10 pounds of force on a regular basis; and some dexterity in operating office equipment.
