Purpose of the Role

As a General Operative within our Signage Division, you will play an important role in manufacturing, assembling and installing a wide range of bespoke signage products. This is a varied, hands-on role where no two days are the same, offering the opportunity to work in production, support installations across Ireland and develop new skills within a growing business.

Reports To: Production Supervisor
As a General Operative within our Signage Division, you will play an important role in manufacturing, assembling and installing a wide range of bespoke signage products. This is a varied, hands-on role where no two days are the same, offering the opportunity to work in production, support installations across Ireland and develop new skills within a growing business.
Key Responsibilities

Manufacture, assemble and finish a variety of signage products.
Operate hand tools, power tools and production equipment safely.
Read and follow drawings, job sheets and work instructions.
Carry out quality inspections to ensure work meets company standards.
Prepare products for dispatch and assist with on-site installations when required.
Maintain excellent housekeeping and Health & Safety standards.
Work collaboratively with colleagues across Production, Design and Installation.
Support continuous improvement initiatives and undertake other reasonable duties as required.
Essential Skills & Experience

Previous experience in manufacturing, engineering, construction or signage is desirable.
Good practical skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and develop new skills.
Flexible approach to work with a willingness to travel throughout Ireland when required.
Full driving licence desirable.
