KATU/KUNP is seeking a creative Newscast Producer to manage the day-to-day production of our Portland newscasts. You will determine content and flow, write stories, and collaborate with the Executive Producer, Director, Assignment Desk and Anchors to shape the broadcast.
You must have solid news judgment, strong writing, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Proficiency with non-linear editing (Avid) and newsroom systems such as iNews is preferred.
